Dunnings Hold Down Bracket, offers two great tie-down solutions with the one product. Providing tie-down for roof trusses to stud and masonry walls. The second solution is the tie down of the stud to the bottom plate. Both these solutions are to be installed in conjunction with the correct tie-down connection.
